first of all we need minimum of 7 members ...
1.president 2.vice-president 3.secretary 4.joint secretary 5.treasurer
other two were initial members we need all these guys id proofs and address proofs
and we have to give a office address it might be a home address of president or secretary
we need to take a notary with stamp paper as per society rules
later have to submit in register office
they will approve it by verifying all addresses
in the notary form we have to give to two employee names on which we gonna create bank account for society both of them will have signature authorities
